Our next patient, a woman in her 60s, wanted to address jowling, loose neck skin, and volume loss in her cheeks. Her custom treatment plan involved a deep plane face and neck lift to firm, tighten, and refresh her lower face and neck, and fat grafting to restore subtle, natural volume to the cheeks and under eyes. She now has a sharper chin-to-neck transition and youthful fullness in her midface.
Treating Skin Laxity and Sun Damage Together
This 60-something woman had two kinds of aging she wanted to address: laxity and wrinkling across her face and neck, and sun damage in her skin. I performed a lower face and neck lift to treat the former and fractional CO2 laser resurfacing to handle the latter.
The result is smoother, more evenly toned skin, especially around the cheeks and mouth, reduced cording in the neck, and a more defined jawline.
