What Is Radiesse?
Radiesse is made from calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA), a biocompatible substance found naturally in your body. This biostimulator works in 2 ways:
- Immediate volume: Radiesse restores volume to areas with moderate to severe wrinkles or folds.
- Collagen stimulation: The CaHA microspheres act as a scaffold that encourages your body to produce new collagen, helping to extend and enhance the results over time.

What Do Radiesse Fillers Treat?

What To Expect
Your treatment begins with a consultation, during which Dr. Daines or Lindsey evaluates your facial structure and creates a personalized plan to achieve your goals. The appointment typically takes 30 to 45 minutes, and the injections are performed in-office with minimal discomfort. Mild swelling, redness, or bruising may occur, but these side effects generally resolve within a few days.
Results
You’ll notice immediate improvement after your Radiesse treatment, and results continue to improve with the increase in collagen production. Depending on the treatment area and your unique response, Radiesse can last 12 to 24 months. Scheduling touch-up treatments before the filler fully dissolves can help maintain your results.
