Otoplasty & Earlobe Repair Before & After Case 288

This teenage female had a previous otoplasty by another surgeon with unsatisfactory results. Dr. Daines performed a revision otoplasty to make her ears less prominent and to improve the symmetry and contour of her ears. A Mustarde suturing technique was used on the right ear to recreate the anti-helical fold. A conchal setback (Furnas technique) was performed on both ears.
