This patient desired improvement in the tired appearance of her eyes. Dr. Daines performed upper blepharoplasty to remove the extra skin from her upper eyelids. He also performed a lower blepharoplasty by removing excess fat from inside the eyelids and tightening the eyelid skin with a fractional Co2 laser.
