Excellent Work - Very Happy with Results. Newport Beach, CA Dr Daines did a wonderful job with my eye surgery (lower blepharoplasty). I could not be more happy with the results! I look 10 years younger! Dr Daines is very friendly and easy to talk to. He really takes the time to get to know his patients and find out what they really want. He strives to produce natural results and recommends avoiding the "overdone" look. Price-wise, I feel what I got was worth more than what I paid - very reasonable for the great job he did. He called me back the same day to check on me after surgery and his nurse also made a couple of follow up calls after that. The surgery center was comfortable and well organized. I found the entire staff at the office to be extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive, as well. I highly recommend Dr Daines for any cosmetic procedure - you will not be disappointed!
Worth Doing Again!!! - Newport Beach, CA So my first Rhinoplasty was a disaster!!!!! I was boched. For 5 years I've been looking for someone to fix it. Finally, I found Dr. Daines. First, let me say you do not want to let just anyone fix your nose. Talk to several Drs. and make sure they are Facial Plastic Surgeons (Double board certified. Not really sure what that all means, but look for "Board Certified in Facial Plastic Surgery"). Second, don't go to the cheapest surgeon. It's not worth it! It's your face! Third, visit Dr. Daines. He is a gifted surgeon and was able to fix my messed up nose. He is realistic, treats you like an equal and really cares about his patients. I have met with many so called plastic surgeons and they are definatly not Dr. Daines. I am not posting any pictures, because I just moved and want a new start to my life as a boched nose job. I'm so happy with my results and the pain was minimal compared to the first time.
60 Year Old Woman Who Wants to Look As Young As I Feel - Newport Beach, CA I never thought I would be the type of person to get a facelift. I always considered myself attractive but did not dwell on my appearance. I raised three kids and recently became a grandmother. One day last year I was at the hair salon and looked at myself in the mirror -- I hardly recognized the woman looking back at me. My jowls and neck looked like they belonged on my grandmother. I began researching plastic surgery on the internet. I decided I needed a face and neck lift. I really didn't know which surgeon to go to and was embarrassed to ask. Fortunately one of my friends had seen Dr. Daines for surgery on her eyelids and told me about him. She said he makes you feel at home and spends time discussing your options. She raved about her experience with Dr. Daines and his staff - I didn't need any more convincing. I called Dr. Daines' office and schedule a consultation. My girlfriend was right -- he was so personable and knowledgable. He showed me pictures of women like me who he'd operated on who didn't want to look "plastic" or "pulled." They looked exactly the way I wanted to look. I was so impressed that I made a deposit and scheduled surgery on the spot. When I went home, my husband had a lot of questions for me that I couldn't answer, so Dr. Daines made time to see me back with my husband to review the plan and go over the details of surgery and after care. Surgery was what I expected. I was swollen for a week or so and don't remember ever seeing a bruise. He did a face and neck lift along with an upper eyelid lift and fat transfer to my cheeks. I am now 3 months out from surgery and am so pleased with my decision to have surgery with Dr. Daines. I honestly don't think I could have trusted anyone else to guide me through this process. His staff was wonderful and helped me every step of the way.
39 Year Old Television Producer Who Works Around All the "Beautiful" People - Newport Beach, CA I do my best to take care of myself but I work in an industry where how you looks makes a huge difference--even if you are behind the camera. Botox was a simple, easy way to do something for myself. Five days after I had it done, one of my photographers walked up and said, "Wow, you look refreshed!" Perfect! That's what I was going for. I don't look fake, plastic or unnatural. I look refreshed. There was no pain (Dr. Daines had me put an ice pack on the area for a couple of minutes) and I was done in minutes. Getting my ears pierced hurt more! I noticed the difference when I put on my eye makeup and I didn't have to 'lift up my eyebrow/lid' to put it on. I am so glad I took the plunge and had Botox done. I'm a believer!
